First time visiting this dealership this past week. We had made an appointment to see a vehicle that we were interested in around 3pm. We parked up front, got out and waited a few minutes by the front door outside to see if anyone would come over to greet us. After waiting for 5 minutes or so, they all looked as us and turned around. We went inside and the sales in the middle office asked us who we were meeting. Once we indicated who, he paged the sales person in which he came out for a few min and then said he was busy. We were confused as the dealership was empty as we were the only two looking. He passed us off to another sales team member and went downhill from there. We ultimately left after receiving long stares and no answers to our questions. The sales member was not interested in finding another vehicle to look at after the first. No questions or ideas just to say, we're not like a Honda dealership. Since then I've been back 4 times for routine service and each time they're so friendly and welcoming. With a space for me to work remotely while my car is being serviced it allows me to do the work I need to do while taking care of my car. I've never felt pressured to get anything I don't need and they also installed some Chevy weatherproofing mats to my car while doing my maintenance.
