This dealership is a joke! Sold me a $27,000 truck that I had to take back after I made my 1st payment and almost having it for 2 months because they couldn’t get the TITLE! The salesman I had Devin Sims messaged me after I had just got home from vacation and told me they needed to get the truck in immediately to fix this $475.00 brake light they charged me for and it wasn’t even working. I asked him well don’t I have a 6 month warranty… his reply was well there might be an issue with the TITLE!!! So I the Manager started texting me and was very rude. He told me NOT TO CONTACT MY BANK! I knew then something was very sketchy. I contacted my bank and they hadn’t even heard anything from Jeff Wyler and they wasn’t happy. The next day my bank called me saying that Jeff Wyler paid them back the $21,800.00 and I had to take my truck back. So we called the Manager and he stated that they would give me a rental vehicle until I found something else. So Friday the 22nd we took it back and I was heartbroken. I didn’t get 1 apology they just sat us down with a new woman that was really nice and she felt bad about what was going on and the fact nobody was helping me at all. We sat there for hours and it was just so overwhelming I started crying. This lady brought me a paper that was written saying the truck was returned in same condition, and that they were mailing me my CASH DOWN PAYMENT on the 27th! They should’ve had my money there that DAY! They honestly expected me to purchase another truck from them and when I didn’t they didn’t honor the rental vehicle and just treated me so poorly! They wouldn’t even make it right with me! Oh and the Manager said they had over 2200 vehicles from any one of their locations that I could have brought there. They also didn’t honor that either! They got the truck back and they couldn’t care less about me. So unprofessional and just sketchy business! A friend of mine referred me there and they just lost him as a customer as well. I don’t recommend this dealership AT ALL! I wasted too much time, had to return my truck after everything was done. Was lied to so much we didn’t even know the real truth behind this. The Manager did say in one excuse that the lady that previously owned it brought the cops there not once but TWICE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE PROBLEMS, THE LIES, AND YOUR TIME BY NOT GOING TO THIS MESS OF A DEALERSHIP! More
Very disappointed. 2026 Chevy Traverse was not detailed and gas tank was not filled. Will not be buy from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in the future. First time visiting this dealership this past week. We had made an appointment to see a vehicle that we were interested in around 3pm. We parked up front, got out and waited a few minutes by the front door outside to see if anyone would come over to greet us. After waiting for 5 minutes or so, they all looked as us and turned around. We went inside and the sales in the middle office asked us who we were meeting. Once we indicated who, he paged the sales person in which he came out for a few min and then said he was busy. We were confused as the dealership was empty as we were the only two looking. He passed us off to another sales team member and went downhill from there. We ultimately left after receiving long stares and no answers to our questions. The sales member was not interested in finding another vehicle to look at after the first. No questions or ideas just to say, we're not like a Honda dealership. Whatever that ment since we looked at a Mazda. Went to Lindsay Honda and found a great 2026 model with great customer service. If you want to be stared at with no options, go to Jeff Wyler. More
When I needed a car in 2023 I was stuck with a car that the engine died and wasn't covered by warranty. Because of that I needed a new car but also had the previous loan, Jeff Wyler's associates went above the engine died and wasn't covered by warranty. Because of that I needed a new car but also had the previous loan, Jeff Wyler's associates went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get into a new car and leave with a monthly price I could afford. Since then I've been back 4 times for routine service and each time they're so friendly and welcoming. With a space for me to work remotely while my car is being serviced it allows me to do the work I need to do while taking care of my car. I've never felt pressured to get anything I don't need and they also installed some Chevy weatherproofing mats to my car while doing my maintenance. I can't say enough good things about the staff, service team, and management at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet! More
