I have used the oil change package/bundle for a few times now and i have never had any issues with the service or wait time. Buyer beware! !! They keep you for hours so you'll sign papers quickly and leave with a vehicle that requires major repairs only to ignore your requests for assista !! You should not have to put new brakes on a $20,000 vehicle before putting 200 miles on it or making the first payment!!! More
