Not Now!!!!! Up until this past Saturday I would have given a Five Star Rating, how ever after getting there and purchasing the Wyler's care package I find out tha Up until this past Saturday I would have given a Five Star Rating, how ever after getting there and purchasing the Wyler's care package I find out that Sheila was let go from the company along with many other employees. Sheila cared about her job and her Customer Service skills were GREAT!!! She always did everything she could to make sure you were happy with the service as well as helping the customer get the best deals like the Wylers Care! Well I guess he doesn't care when he just let the best customer service representative they have ever had go!!!!!! I made be stuck for the next two oil changes and tire rotations to be done there but I will be looking into some where else from then on!!!! More

Praising the salesman Charlie Ballinger I purchased my 2018 Colorado LT on Thursday 4/26/18 . I could not be more then blessed to have Charlie Ballinger as my Salesman he went above and bey I purchased my 2018 Colorado LT on Thursday 4/26/18 . I could not be more then blessed to have Charlie Ballinger as my Salesman he went above and beyond for me getting my payments more affordable. The only problem that I had experience was from when my Colorado was cleaned up for me to take home , they did not take there time when they did it , so Charlie told me to bring it back and he would have them redo the Detailing. Well , they made it look worse then before, brought it back with wax all over the hood where they didn’t finish along with a scratch.. Charlie brought me a loaner witch is a new Colorado and took my truck back to get the scratch fixed . Charlie came into work on a day off to make sure my truck looks awesome again . I think Charlie deserves a 💯 just for his awesome customer service .. Thanks Charlie Ballinger. More

topnotch treatment I found it necessary to replace my 2006 Impala and had in mind what I wanted to trade it in for. I had looked on-line for the model I wanted and was I found it necessary to replace my 2006 Impala and had in mind what I wanted to trade it in for. I had looked on-line for the model I wanted and was directed to contact the internet manager. I was then contacted by Andy Wilson and an appointment was set for that afternoon. Upon arriving he received my wife and I graciously and we proceeded to talk about the model I wanted and what features were important or useful. Andy lined up a new car model for test driving that was the color we requested and had most of the features. Upon the conclusion of our test drive we drove around the new car lot looking at other color choices to be sure of the color we wanted and talked some more about features that were/were not important. All in all it was a rewarding experience as we selected the car that fit our desire perfectly, and the price was well within our budget range. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism of Andy and the finance manager in completing the transaction and sending us off in the car of our desire. More
Lack of Care of My Time Service Advisers are good, especially Sheila! I scheduled my appointment the week prior and chose a very early time. I advised the person who set my Service Advisers are good, especially Sheila! I scheduled my appointment the week prior and chose a very early time. I advised the person who set my appointment of my reason for choosing an early time (7:30am), which was in order for me to go to work at a reasonable time. I was the first customer in the shop that morning and my vehicle was only getting 1 tire sensor replaced. It took over 2 hours and my vehicle still was not done. Many customers came and went while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. I finally asked the service adviser for a shuttle and told him expressed my frustration to him about my wait. I returned to get my vehicle around 12:30, Sheila assisted me at that time, listened to my problems and offered what she could do to make it right. While their is nothing that can make up for lost time at work, she gave a good effort. My rating is low due to technician(s) that worked on my vehicle. The stars below are based off my previous experience. My vehicle has been to this dealer numerous times in the past and I asked for a replacement before. Also I they replaced my tires recently and my car was not balanced correctly. Also during that time, I had 5% oil life. I don't live that close to Canal Winchester so I had to take it somewhere else to get the oil changed. Thanks for your help Sheila! More
