Regular Manintenance I made an appointment on Monday to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. They gave me an appt. for Tuesday at 11am. I was checked in by 11:08 an I made an appointment on Monday to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. They gave me an appt. for Tuesday at 11am. I was checked in by 11:08 and they were done in about 1 hour. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They have a very comfortable waiting area. More

I greatly appreciate that the appointment time was actually honored. Most places that is not the case. They are a rip off dealership. This dealship takes to long to walk you through your loan application and then of they get turn down by the bank they up your loan amount to the next This dealship takes to long to walk you through your loan application and then of they get turn down by the bank they up your loan amount to the next bank and keep doing it till your loan gets approve. That was the first big problem we had then they took my lease Honda price and added the difference to my new loan and I was told they would keep my payments around the same amount as my old car payment that didn't happen on my 2014 Honda I was pay only paying 220 a month I am now paying 394 a month for a year older chevy equinox 2013. This place sells cars that have problems down the road I had no issue in the beginning until a few months down the road I start having my car alarm go off all the time I have call it in and they won't do nothing for me until I pay them to long at it is will never buy a car from here again my car only has 43000 miles on it I should not have any issues with it once so ever with an extended warranty which I was told would cover any problems on the car with out any payments from day one I didn't even have the car for a year and it after 2 months it needed new windshield wiper blades on it. More

2nd Car with Jeff Wyler :-) I have had my Equinox for 3 1/2 years. I decided to upgrade to the Traverse. I contacted Brian Bennett, and I told him what I wanted. Excellent Body Shop I was rear ened and took my car into the body shop for collision repair. George was my contact and was great to work with. He worked with the insuran I was rear ened and took my car into the body shop for collision repair. George was my contact and was great to work with. He worked with the insurance company to get the original estimate approved. After removing the bumper it was discovered that there was additional damage. George worked with the insurance company to get the additional estimate approved. The body shop team matched the paint exactly and the quality of work was great. They paid close attention to every detail so my car looked just like new. The night I was to pick up my car I ended up running late because my doctors appointment ran later than I expected. I called George to let him know I couldn't get there by closing and he offered to stay so that I could get my car back that evening. I would highly recommend this team for any body repair you need done to your car. Quality of work was great and customer service was exceptional. More
