Oil Change I purchased the special that they had for oil changes. I scheduled an appointment online for yesterday. My appointment was for 9 AM and I was greeted I purchased the special that they had for oil changes. I scheduled an appointment online for yesterday. My appointment was for 9 AM and I was greeted promptly and courteously. I went into the waiting area prepared for somewhat of a wait. Imagine my surprise when I was called after waiting only 1 hour and 20 minutes. I usually wait around 2 hours. Plus they washed my car - they never did that before and I am thrilled.
