I was just there a few months ago and they would not fix my Suv there is a problem with my alarm system I can't even remote start my car now. My name is Michael sledd I can't really remember the date but it was a few months back my Suv is still not fix. And I am not happy I don't plan on buying from this dealship again I went in for an oil change and I never even seen them put my Suv on the lift to get the oil change so I don't even know if they really change my oil or not my step dad went here a while back for an oil change and they didn't even change his oil they just added more oil into his hr he had. He got rid of it because it had so many problems I'm starting to think this dealship just like to rip everyone off and get away with it.

We have spoken with our finance department to try and streamline the financing process to make it quicker and easier for our customers. Hopefully that will help in the future. We are also sorry for the issues you have been having with your vehicle. We put all of our pre-owned vehicles through a rigorous inspection and we have them serviced before we sell them to the public. I was there Monday October 10, 2016. I basically was charged 120.00 and nothing was done with my car. I only took it there since the mileage was getting close to expiring. I would not taken it them if I knew what was wrong with it was not covered. After I refused getting it done it taken 2 and half hours for me to get back into my car. Not sure why it took that long. I feeled the girl was rude when dealing with me. I now know that if you refuse what they say is wrong with it you will get treated very poorly. I will go somewhere else to get service done on my car from now on.
