Unfortunately I have already been informed that when we were told by the service department that you all did not have the tools to fix my vehicle that this was not true and there were no intentions on ever fixing my car. Therefore, I have contacted my attorney and I was advised that I should take the case to court. The names of the employees that I dealt with were in my initial review. This is very frustrating and very disappointing. Thank you

Hello, I just wanted to follow up on the status. Last week I received a message to contact Dwayne regarding taking care of my car situation. I was advised to drop it off at Ricart Nissan and I did so on Thursday. I was also given Matt Guth's name as the contact person for the Purchase Order. I was called later Friday evening by Ricart that they had tried to contact Matt multiple times on Friday and was unsuccessful until almost 4pm to only be informed that he knew nothing and that they were not approving the repairs on my vehicle. I contacted Dwayne and he stated that he spoke wtih Matt and that we needed to call him back. When the Ricart representative did so (within 15 minutes) once again, Matt was not available and did not return the calls. Therefore I was without my car for the weekend. Ricart has been great in their response and excellent in their customer service (thank goodness they offered me a loaner). Unfortunately, I can't say the same about Jeff Wyler and I find this extremely disappointing. This has been such a headache, as this point I wish I could return the car and walk away.
