Great Service Right Before Christmas I was pleased to be able to schedule an oil change just two days before Christmas. I didn't wait long and Matt took great care of me as always. Service on 2008 Saturn Astra I have a 2008 Saturn Astra (actually an import,"Opel"). When GM decided to discontinue Saturn, there were only certain delearships that were approved I have a 2008 Saturn Astra (actually an import,"Opel"). When GM decided to discontinue Saturn, there were only certain delearships that were approved to service Saturn vehicles. I have always had a good experience with Jeff Wyler Chevrolet and its predecessor, Bob McDorman Chevrolet. I credit Ken Robinson for that since he was the service manager for both. I also recently had a service advisor named Matt Guth who was extremely helpful in a matter related to my exhaust system. More
Courteous and kinda fast. My 2014 Silverado stalled on freeway, I restarted and returned home and scheduled service online. They we able to see my truck that day. Dropped it off at 1:30 and they called at 2:10 informing me my fuel pump needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and returned truck to me 2 days later. They did update me on the second day that one of the parts did not arrive and would need another day. More

QUICK AND AMAZING I was able to get in and get out with the car I wanted, I had came in almost two years ago and I did not buy and regretted it everyday. Telephone nightmare Took my car in for service. Majority of people were very pleasant. They had to order a part to finish up the initial service call. After several days Took my car in for service. Majority of people were very pleasant. They had to order a part to finish up the initial service call. After several days waiting I tried to call and check the status. It took a half dozen calls before I was able to get anyone to answer the phone in service. The man said he would check and put me on hold for 13 minutes without checking back once. I called back again and another guy said the part was in and was going to call "when he had the time". It felt like he was doing me a favor. This is the same guy who said he left me a voicemail that my car was ready. I never received any voicemail. I am very disappointed that this all seemed so hard to get status on my car. Its debatable whether I will take my car back. More
