Yeah, it was looked at alright. Kept telling me now that they have no choice to work with me that I needed to be in one thing new to eat up the negative equity on my car. The payments were too high, kept telling me find something for this price or that price. I would. Then there's a reason that one won't work. I filed a complaint with the BBB and all the sudden I'm approved for something. Of course it was the most basic SUV you could find. Then Jason tells me used isn't going to work that we have to buy new. He steps up the preferences a bit, I gave him a little wiggle room on price and he takes it to the max. Keeps telling me used won't work, but then all the sudden a 2009 Silverado pops up with 81,000 miles but he won't give me a price unless I came in. I had continued and continued to ask about this red Silverado that was in Kentucky (it's now sold) that was priced lower than anything he was showing me, and he let it get away, for in the end show me a much older truck with more miles on it, and expect me to be okay with a $500 payment?? No. He has been informed that I have spoken to a family attorney, and Jeff Wyler falsified my personal information to lending companies. I'm done dealing with this company. Done.

What was the conclusion of this? For me to have to contact the BBB, and then be forced into a car they knew I didn't want, and when I declined, Jason just stopped working with me? This place is horrible, and your reviews on google prove it.

Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus responded

We would like to express our apologies for the misunderstandings you are having with the warranty on your vehicle. One such misunderstanding is the term "bumper to bumper". There is no such warranty in existence. All warranties, even brand new manufacturer's warranties have their limits. Also, any extra coverage that a consumer buys is an extended service contract, not an extended warranty. Now, that being said, there is a diagnostic fee for checking out a vehicle to see what is wrong. In most instances, if the problem is covered by the manufacturer warranty or by the extended service contract, then the diagnostic fee is covered as well. Now, if you are outside of either the manufacturer warranty or extended service contract by either time or mileage, then neither the diagnostic fee or the repair will be covered because the coverage has expired. The General Sales Manager of the dealership has reached out to you several times to discuss your situation but unfortunately we have received no response. We apologize if these things were not explained to you properly and we are meeting with our service individuals as well as our business managers to try and make sure something like this does not occur in the future.
