Chevy Equinox 2010 engine issues Bad engine from the beginning and was replace without cost after 120k miles and two timing chains. Service Department I had a safety recall on my 2011 Chevy Traverse completed at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. I was contacted after the service was done and they did leave a voi I had a safety recall on my 2011 Chevy Traverse completed at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. I was contacted after the service was done and they did leave a voicemail. I attempted to contact the service department later that day and I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I did reach the receptionist who promptly stated that the service department was "notorious" for not answering the phone. I called no less than three times with no answer. When I did arrive to pick up my vehicle I could not find any service department personnel to help me. Finally I located a sales person to assist me. The salesman was friendly and courteous. I relayed to him my attempted phone calls to the service department and he stated "I wouldn't either that close to quitting time". More
