Never Again!!! Don't trust their BS when it comes to the 2 year bumper to bumper warranty on their used vehicles. We just bought a used truck from them less than a year ago had numerous issues within the first few months, which they took care of. Now my engine light has been on for the last two days, call them and they want 105.00 dollars to even see what is going on. I was told by the service department when they looked up my warranty that "they extended the manufactures warranty a bit and we are past the mileage". BS that is not what we were told. I will never purchase a vehicle from here again and I recommend you do not either. More

I purchased a 2015 Camaro and Robin was as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as she could possibly be. I am not an easy car buyer, I go in as prepared as I can be. I do not show all my "cards" up front and I realize I can be exasperating. This did not change Robin's demeanor at all. She got me the deal I wanted. Service on 2008 Saturn Astra I have a 2008 Saturn Astra (actually an import,"Opel"). When GM decided to discontinue Saturn, there were only certain delearships that were approved I have a 2008 Saturn Astra (actually an import,"Opel"). I have always had a good experience with Jeff Wyler Chevrolet and its predecessor, Bob McDorman Chevrolet. I credit Ken Robinson for that since he was the service manager for both. Courteous and kinda fast. My 2014 Silverado stalled on freeway, I restarted and returned home and scheduled service online. They we able to see my truck that day. Dropped it off at 1:30 and they called at 2:10 informing me my fuel pump needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and returned truck to me 2 days later. They did update me on the second day that one of the parts did not arrive and would need another day. More
