When I started looking for my first car I had wanted a Chevy Cruze. I live closest to Bobby Layman Chevrolet so we decided to go there. I was in the market for a 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible and started searching the internet because I knew specifically what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I happened across this dealership as and started searching the internet because I knew specifically what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I happened across this dealership as being one in the vicinity of my home, and was impressed from the start with not only Chip Merrill's tenacity, but his also genuine interest in obtaining me the best possible deal for my money. I initially reached out to him to see if a car I had seen on line was still available. From that point on, he made it his priority to call me once a week to advise of various incentives, rebates and offers from Chevy. He was not overbearing and always professional. If he didnt know an answer, he would find out and return my call with the information. I travel extensively and am often out of town...I think he thought I would never show up at the dealership and just remain a voice over the phone. Once I did manage to find my way into the dealership about 3 weeks after we first spoke, I introduced myself and his greeting was that of a long lost relative...very warm, inviting and courteous (im sure shock as well). He worked diligently to obtain the best deal as well as offer me anything he felt would keep a smile on my face, of which I was extremely appreciative and impressed. My experience with this dealership has been stellar from day 1 to the present and would recommend it to any of my colleagues or friends who are in the market to buy a car.
