We came to Jeff Wyler to just get a feel for the new Chevy Cruze. Heather was extremely nice and didnt try to push for one of the decked out models. I drive 60 miles each way to work so just wanted the Chevy Cruze. Heather was extremely nice and didnt try to push for one of the decked out models. I drive 60 miles each way to work so just wanted the very cheapest one and she got exactly what we asked for the base model. I also didnt want to have my credit pulled a million times as we wasnt sure we wanted to go this route yet. She only did the one pull to take to the finance area and had everything set up based on the one pull unlike several other dealers I have been to that send out your social to every bank in a 50 mile radius twice. We was able to get a low rate on a brand new car trading in my car. Here is where everything became A+++ in my book. A week after the deal a friend of the family had asked about what I did with my old car. I told them I had traded it in. They wanted to buy it from me. I took a chance and stopped by the lot and asked Heather about it and she was able to locate it which was actually on its way to the dealer auction she got it to be brought back up and then sold it back to me at trade in plus tax and title fees. To complete probably the best experience I have ever had at a Car dealership. Thanks Heather and Jeff Wyler!!!!! More

Our car buying experience at Jeff Wyler of Columbus was wonderful!!! Jeff Kayser was so helpful. We live over 1 hour and 30 minutes away. We basically picked out our new 2013 Silverado on line and I talked wonderful!!! Jeff Kayser was so helpful. We live over 1 hour and 30 minutes away. We basically picked out our new 2013 Silverado on line and I talked to Jeff and he was able to work up a deal with us by phone so pretty much all that was left to do was to go for a test drive and sign the paperwork. When we got there Jeff happened to be out on a test drive with another customer so Monique stepped in and showed us the truck and told us all about it. When Jeff got back he teamed up with Monique and they got everything together in double time.Monique made sure that are truck was detailed perfectly. I also have to say the financing went smooth and easy. She explained everything to us.Every measure was taken to make this an enjoyable experience for us. Then the sales manager came in last to make sure everything went well. I like how they made sure we were happy and satisfied with our experience. Finally as we were leaving to get in our truck everyone in the store cheered and congratulated us. We have bought many cars before but this by far was the best car buying experience we ever had. We will for sure be repeat customers and send anyone we know in the market for a car to your dealership. It was definitely worth the trip!!! More

I went to Jeff Wyler to just "window shop", because I honestly thought I wouldn't qualify for a car. While walking around with my younger son (age 4) Dameon walked by and introduced himself. Fo because I honestly thought I wouldn't qualify for a car. While walking around with my younger son (age 4) Dameon walked by and introduced himself. For one, he didn't pressure me. He just told me if I needed help he would be more than happy to assist. He had such a happy easy going attitude, that i wanted to work with him. He asked me what I would be comfortable spending and paying each month and showed me what he had on the lot. I was throughly surprised that the car he showed me was actually a car that I wanted. When we went in filled out the paperwork & I was approved!!! Through the whole process Dameon went above and beyond to make me and my son feel comfortable. He talked to me like we were old friends and even gave my son balloon after balloon after he let them go. He even asked if we needed a snack. He was very patient when i had to change insurance companies and had to swith money from one account to another when they wouldnt take my american express card. He sensed my frustration and calmed me down. Honestly, if it wasnt for Dameon I would have just shopped or convinced myself that I wouldnt get a car. He not only was friendly, but he actually cared about my situtation. Not for one minute did I feel like "a sale", I felt as though I was with a friend giving me a hook up.
