I had been considering buying a used car over past several months. I decided to stop into Dealership after looking online at used car prices and compare new car prices and benefits. I was met by Lashirl Nesbitt after looking at several different models. I told her I had a couple of questions and I don't want to waste a lot of her time. Basically, answer my questions if you can and I'll be on my way. I was shocked when she said "I'll do my best" without the usual upscale I expected with the initial contact. I liked the answers she gave me so much I drove away in a 2013 Equinox. Obviously the answers had a lot to do with the purchase but I would not have purchased the vehicle yesterday if not for the relaxed atmosphere of the Dealership as a whole. Everyone was genuine in their actions. I felt like I was at a barbecue with friends for m work. My purpose for going to the dealership this day was to drop off a radio to swap out for the Body Shop to install into my totaled vehicle and get my personal belongings out of my car. Reggie ended up selling me a replacement car for my 18 year old daughter who was very upset over losing the only car she had driven. Dealing with Dick in the Body Shop, Reggie, and Susan in Finance made a very bad experience that we were going through, into a very nice experience has Reggie was his normally wonderful and awesome self and helped my baby find another car that she could love just as much as her cavalier!
