I was very surprised with the friendly efficient service I received from Bill in the service department. I had purchased a vehicle in 2009 and had a problem with a tire. The staff goes above and beyond their job descriptions. Carl Stone is hands down the greatest customer service provider I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went into my specific situation with a positive attitude, and a friendly smile. The entire time I was inside of Jeff Wyler Chevrolet I never once felt annoyed, overwhelmed, or uneasy. I felt almost as if I was hanging out with a group of friends talking about purchasing a car. My 2011 Equinox was sputtering and hesitating when driving it. I was actually afraid to drive it any farther. I phoned Bill in the Serv. Dept and he assisted me by first providing the GM roadside assi driving it. I was actually afraid to drive it any farther. I phoned Bill in the Serv. Bill saw to it that my SUV was worked on the next morning, and called to let me know that it was the fuel pump that needed replaced. By afternoon my car was ready. Since I didn't have any other transportation Bill assisted me by providing me with a courtesy ride to the dealership. Our salesperson was Doug and we had spoken last week and my husband and I didn't think we could afford a new vehicle Our experience was G R E A T ! ! Our salesperson was Doug and we had spoken last week and my husband and I didn't think we could afford a new vehicle at that time. By Tuesday of this week we refigured our finances and we decided to come and see Doug on Thursday (2-29-2012). We came unannounced and Doug took care of us while he was taking care of anothere customer. I do belived he cloned himself. He was attentive, friendly and listened to what we wanted and needed in a deal to be able to purchase our new vehicle. We agreed to a vehicle from Cincinnati, but by the time the final numbers were about ready a truck came into the dealership with the exact vehicle we wanted and we would be able to drive it home today. That meant they had to do the prep in less than time than they normally had. When the final numbers came in, we were very happy. We had made the deal and had a visit with the finance person. We agreed to the extended warranty and were able to keep our agreeded upon payment. We arrived at the dealerhip around 4:30pm and left at 9:00pm with our new vehicle. I do believe we were the last customers in the dealership. I am coming back for our instructions about the vehicle on Saturday. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who really wants a good experience. More
