GOOD EXPERIENCE I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked around and Chris saw me and immediately engaged in conversation about what car I was interested in. My daughter I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked around and Chris saw me and immediately engaged in conversation about what car I was interested in. My daughter and son-in-law both bought an Elantra five years ago and were pleased with the performance. He pointed out 3 2017 Elantras (two of them black). The silver one was more appealing to me. And the rest is history. Upon agreeing on the car he took me to the business manager and after understanding terms of purchase I made a $500 deposit with an additional check for the balance. It was to be held until I got my financing through a trust at 5th/3rd. Unfortunately, there was an excess amount of time involved because of failure to get the authorization in the mail. Superior sent the check the day before my check was deposited. This caused chaos as four other checks went through the same day. Needless to say checks bounced all over the place. I immediately called Superior but they had no knowledge of a bouncing check. Two days later they found out and I had to write another check. Finally, all worked out. Thanks for your patience. More

Dream Come True For months I did my research trying to identify the 1 or 2 cars I DEFINITELY wanted when my old Hyundai gave out. When I came to Superior Chris went o For months I did my research trying to identify the 1 or 2 cars I DEFINITELY wanted when my old Hyundai gave out. When I came to Superior Chris went out of his way - in the rain I might add - to show me the car I wanted. He was great at guiding me in the process - and even when I challenged him with tough questions based on my research, he was able to professionally reassure me of my Now new car. I absolutely ADORE it and I LOVE the fact that for a small amount every month, I can get up to 5 years of free basic maintenance. Also - since I had waited long to get a new car, I was not aware of all the new advancements that came with it (like the automatic lift gate). Chris explained EVERYTHING - and even if/when I forgot something he taught me - he is ALWAYS there to answer my question again and again. I feel I can rely on the team rain or shine. SO HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE OF CAR AND DEALER!! More
