Great car, Great Salesperson, Horrible-Good-For-Nothing Fiancer My sales person, Chris, was incredible and he was able to help me with the selection of the car and work with me on pricing and if given the choice I My sales person, Chris, was incredible and he was able to help me with the selection of the car and work with me on pricing and if given the choice I would offer him a raise. Chris has been able to walk me through some of the initial issues I have seen while breaking in the new car and has re-explained features of the car that I was not fully capable of remembering since receiving the vehicle. However, my financing lady was very unprofessional. As the son of a banker I know more about loans and rates than anyone else that I typically converse with other than my mother and the way this lady treated me was beyond egregious. At no point before she was trying to get me to sign one the dotted line for the payments did she discuss the length or rate of the loan I would be taking which I haven't come across the government policy saying this is illegal; however, not even mentioning it is beyond unprofessional and lacks human decency. Upon being called out for not telling me the details of then loan, she lied to me saying that 4.75% was a great rate for me. After telling her I could lower the rate by at least 1.25% by going to my own bank she told me that I had a low level of credit when my credit score is rated as great and upon telling her to send my information to another bank she MAGICALLY was able to find a credit union that offered a 3.24%. She mentioned that I was not able to get a good rate because I had student loans which is also not true because student loans which is untrue. I was offended and knew exactly what this financing lady was trying to do by receiving her kick back from sending me to a high interest rate loan. Fortunately I was lucky enough to understand the banking world; however, even 2 weeks after dealing with this woman, my stomach still turns knowing that she is milking several thousands of dollars out of other hardworking peoples' accounts to send these customers to high interest rates when lower rates are available. For this reason, I am having another credit union by out the loan and I am ensuring that she will receive exactly 0 dollars of interest from me and I am less likely to recommend the dealership due to such unprofessional treatment. Had it not been for this woman I would have gladly purchased my wife's new car from the dealership depending on how the vehicle ages but now I am very hesitant. More

Amazing Customer Service I hadn't expected to buy a car when I went into the dealership but the service was so great and the price was exactly what I was looking for.
