As recently as last week I was purchasing a new vehicle for my wife, Ken found the car she really wanted (which wasn't even on their lot) and drove to Beavercreek to get it. That is because Hyundai North can sell any car to you that is on a Superior Cars lot! I was so happy with the service and the rates, I traded in a second vehicle a day later, all on the same credit app so as not to ding me again! I am a return customer for a reason! From sales, service, and even down to the finance department; a better experience cannot be found! More

I had a headlamp burn out at 3:45 pm on a Thursday night and my son was having surgery the next morning and I called Michelle and asked her if I brought my SUV up if she could get it replaced for me. And of and my son was having surgery the next morning and I called Michelle and asked her if I brought my SUV up if she could get it replaced for me. And of course she got it done for me! My wife had just had surgery five days earlier so my week had been crazy and I had to get it done. I don't think it would have happened unless Michelle was there. She take great care of me and my vehicles ! She is the best service advisor I have ever had. I have had service issue at the dealership, but I never do when Michelle is there and she takes care of me! It is amazing the difference one person makes!! Michelle really cares about her customers and it shows. I try to never take any of my vehicles up for service unless she is there and taking care of me because it's like night and day! The level of service is that good! More
