I had a headlamp burn out at 3:45 pm on a Thursday night and my son was having surgery the next morning and I called Michelle and asked her if I brought my SUV up if she could get it replaced for me. My wife had just had surgery five days earlier so my week had been crazy and I had to get it done. I don't think it would have happened unless Michelle was there. She take great care of me and my vehicles ! She is the best service advisor I have ever had. I have had service issue at the dealership, but I never do when Michelle is there and she takes care of me! It is amazing the difference one person makes!! Michelle really cares about her customers and it shows. I try to never take any of my vehicles up for service unless she is there and taking care of me because it's like night and day! The level of service is that good! More
