I paid my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe off early and was due back around $400. The financial manager wanted no part in assisting me. I called more than 15 times and went to see him three times. He said that I should not be concerned since it was only $400. I never received the money due me. I would rate my experience with this organization as dismal. More
