My check engine light came on on the weekend. I came in on Monday morning without an appointment and Michelle assured me that the service department would check on the problem. She called me several hours on Monday morning without an appointment and Michelle assured me that the service department would check on the problem. She called me several hours later to report the cause of the error code and to tell me about other service that it would be good to take care of. Later in the afternoon she called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. It is always good to work with Michelle as my service advisor. More

My engine light came on Sunday 9-7. Labor Day was the next day and could not get my car in. I called Tuesday 9-8 and talked to Michelle. She told me to bring it in and they would look at it.
