The 5 minute conversation also gave me a sense of what Jeff Wyler is all about. I believe that all dealerships say something similiar. THey have to in order to be competitive, however, the difference is whether or not the promise is met. I hesitated at first because I'm committed to buying local (Lebanon) and questioned whether or not this would be a waste of time but I was hungry for Chick-fil-a and thought I'd kill two birds with one stone. Whether it was gut instinct or hunger pangs, I headed south. Within 5 minutes, I knew my car was there and I was with the right team. I'm delighted to say that my comfort and confidence in Tom and then Brandon made it easy for me to be a engaged customer and in turn, they exceeded my expectation and truly delivered on their brand promise. It wasn't just words. They live it. They delivered on it. And I'm delighted. To suprise and delight a customer is what every business should aim for. Jeff Wyler's team are a bunch of overachievers who clear are not content with just aiming for the ideal but rather, delivering it in an effecitve, meaningful way. I didn't just buy a car.
