What do you need to know? I was taken advantage of as a woman shopper. Promised things verbally and when its time to deliver, excuses made not to give me what was promised. I see why Christian is a top salesman cause he uses charm and Mr.nice guy tactics in order to swindle people, especially if you have less than A-1 credit. I am a single parent and don't have extra money to spend on leather seats, auto start nor a key. I feel that I am a very straightforward person and thats why I requested those things in the car that I wanted. Mainly leather seats cause I have children and had them in my previous car. Christian played the game as far as to allow me to pick the color of the seats I wanted since the car he had in my price range did not have leather. Swindled by the best. Once I realized I was swindled yes I tried to return the car under the 14 day finance paperwork and of course the Jeff Wyler mob came with another reason as to why I couldn't do that. Because from my understanding if my previously totaled car wasn't paid in full the financing wouldn't be secured. Well let me tell you that was another lie cause as of the date of this letter its still not paid in full. I was so happy when I got my Maxima from you guys because I'm going through a divorce currently and it is the first car I bought without anyone's help financially, but to find out later that I'm not getting the things promised vebally is very heartbreaking and a lesson learned. The Jeff Wyler team will do anything unethical to sale a car. What happened to making the customer happy?
