I had previously leased a Nissan Rogue from another Nissan dealership and while I loved the car, the sales and service from that dealership was abysmal, I was so refreshing to walk into King's Nissan Nissan dealership and while I loved the car, the sales and service from that dealership was abysmal, I was so refreshing to walk into King's Nissan where we were treated by friendly professional individuals. I had to have my 2002 Pathfinder's ECM reprogrammed and took it to Kings Nissan.In the beginning,there was a small communication breakdown between myself and the service department. He made sure the work was done and also helped by getting me a rental car so that I could go about my business until my car was fixed. He had excellent customer service all the while being pulled in many different directions on a very busy Saturday. I appreciated his efforts and do not want it to go unnoticed. There were a couple other gentleman in the service department as well that helped me but unfortunately, I did not get their names; however, they also had great customer service!
