I have been going to Nissan since I bought my car for the oil changes I have never had a problem until today with Jennifer at the front desk. I asked Jennifer if we could make some popcorn she said no because it would get stale and that they usually do not make it until 11. I walked away she then was saying there were cookies by it which I knew already and could clearly see as well as my 2 year old son could. I pay 400 a month on a car from this location and pay for insurance to keep a car from this company and Jennifer was too lazy or didn't want to waste one bag of popcorn when my son was excited about it . She even continued to tell me there was a vending machine. A vending machine, really?! So I can go pay for something when you are too lazy to make popcorn that's suppose to be there for valued customers for free? Absolutely ridiculous. Manager will be hearing from me, I do not feel "valued" at all as a customer and things like this definitely make me rethink if I would recommend the store to anyone else.. More
This was by far the worst experiance I have ever had at a dealer. I go in to buy a Van have the sales guy promise me a price then tried to back out of that price. The van was priced at 5900 at the deal the g dealer. I go in to buy a Van have the sales guy promise me a price then tried to back out of that price. The van was priced at 5900 at the deal the guy went down to 4200 then the boss said that was to chep to sell it for after the sales guy already said that he would sell it to us for 4200. He flat out lied to us. Then come to find out find the same van on there web sight for 4900. So looks like they were just trying to rip us off. I am so glad we did not get the van who knows what is wrong with it if they can't even keep there numbers strait. Will not be shopping there ever again. More
Kings Nissan sold me a car that they knew had a problem that they had refused to fix before I purchased the vehicle. In less the 24 hours of driving my car off their lot, it started overheating according t that they had refused to fix before I purchased the vehicle. In less the 24 hours of driving my car off their lot, it started overheating according to the temperature gauge. I threatened to cancel the contract and bring the car back. Then, they admitted that the service report showed there was a problem with the temperature gauge and that they had reset it and apparently that didn't work. They told me I could bring the car back in and they would take a look at it. They had my car for four days and said they took it to Borcherding Buick for an estimate and that it was a sensor that would cost $800 that they were not willing to pay. They suggested I take it to my mechanic for a cheaper estimate and they may be willing to pay that. My mechanic said it was the instrument cluster, not a sensor. It cost me $375 for the repair. Kings Nissan would not reimburse this cost. I contacted Borcherding Buick to see why there was a discrepancy between the cost of repair and determined problem. Come to find out, they didn't recently take my car to them when I had brought it to them; they had actually taken it to them WEEKS BEFORE I PURCHASED the car and they declined the repair. I had Borcherding Buick fax me that estimate. I assume they thought I would pay $800 and they could pocket the extra money. Do not buy from this dealership that scams hard working individuals and conducts fraudulent business acts. In addition, they have no morals or values! I purchased this car while accompanied by my three young girls. We were all so excited to be purchasing our first newer used car :) You have been warned. More
when i purchased my car, everyone was nice and helpful until after the purchase, i found out, they did not transfer my tags as agreed. I drovetwo weeks on bad plates until title came. I called dealer, spoke to Chris, sales manager, also to store GM, total waste of time. They keep my money for transfer, but did not provide service. I will never return ,or, reccomendthis dealer to anyone!!!!! More

On all visits to Kings Nissan everyone was helpful, friendly, and informative of the car. The facility was very clean including the garage. Catarina and Corey answered all of our questions and made th friendly, and informative of the car. The facility was very clean including the garage. Just purchases a used Hyundai from Kings Nissan. They bent over backwards to make sure that I received the right car at the right price. Christian, Andrew and Adrian all were great. We would like to commend Jon Griffin for giving us such a delightful introduction to the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder.
