I really appreciated how thorough Walter was in explaining elements of different cars to us in addition to answering all of our questions. As millennials, it was especially nice to have someone our own age to relate to who also drives the same car we ended up choosing. We knew he had experience with the car and could relate to us as his peers. Walter made the whole process as stress free as possible and made sure we had a great time while going through the leasing process. He and all of the staff at Honda including Rick in the finance office gave us the best experience possible. Out of all the dealers in Cincinnati, Superior is the only one that spent the time to find me what I wanted, and she gave me a great price. Everyone else tried to sell me on something different. Hank was my official sales person, and he did a great job also. I had 1 little hiccup, but Superior fixed it right away. Everyone has been great!
