Total Loss to a Total Gain I was not in the market to buy a car on the morning of July 29, 2017; however, that changed in the afternoon when I had a crash that resulted in a tot I was not in the market to buy a car on the morning of July 29, 2017; however, that changed in the afternoon when I had a crash that resulted in a total loss . The stress associated with a car accident, especially when kids are involved is enough... Add to that, the stress of making a decision about a car you want to be as safe as the one that kept you and your kiddos out of harm's way. I worked for two weeks with a different Honda dealer and chose to walk out when it came time for the uncomfortable sales do-si-do. The salesperson was arrogant and rude. I heard about Jesse Bundy at Superior from a friend. I called him and told him what I wanted and my desire to avoid the back and forth negotiation. We came to an agreement on the phone, I came in on Saturday and was introduced to the most professional, caring salesperson I have ever met. Steve Kaplan took time to get to know me and my family. He has empathy and patience. He took time to show me all the cool things in my car and was excited for me. I have purchased 7 new cars prior to this one and I can say that I will never buy from anywhere without going to Superior Honda first. My husband was impressed and intends to be there in about one year to meet with Steve about a new car. More
So much better than expected I walked into Superior Honda not really knowing what to expect. It had been many years since I had purchased a new car. I pulled into the lot with my 2000 Civic (which I also kept, Hondas run forever), parked next to car very similar to mine, and proceeded inside. Within a minute of walking through the door, I was asked if I had been helped. I met Kevin Young, which had been emailing me about the car I was looking to purchase. He was incredibly friendly, and quickly assigned me a salesperson who was finishing up with another customer. During the wait Kevin took me around, and showed me the facility (which is absolutely beautiful). With all the horror stories of people buying cars, I thought well here we go. I soon realized these thoughts were unfounded. Steve, from the very start felt like an old friend. We talked for a few minutes not even mentioning cars. I knew the car I wanted, and within the time Steve and I had talked, Kevin had the car brought around to the front of the building. Steve spent an extensive amount of time showing me every detail, and feature of my new car. The test drive was fabulous, like a summer drive down the road with a good friend next to you. After the test drive Steve gets out of the car, stating "Take as long as you want, look at the car play with the features, I'll be waiting inside if you have any questions". I took my time, walking in handed Steve the key and said "lets buy a car". Steves no pressure approach was greatly appreciated, the paperwork was a breeze, the whole time chatting like old friends. Then the finance part, which brought more of the same incredible friendliness, and professionalism from this business. By the time finance was done, my car had been detailed and Steve was waiting with the keys. He spent another half an hour going over more information and would have been willing for more, but I was to excited and ready for the road, so he said at any time I could come in and ask him for help. interesting enough the similar car that I had parked next to when I first arrived ended up being Steves car. A Great day and experience all around!!!! Thank You!! More

We bought the car the second time we "visited" it and both trips to the dealership were low key and as fun as a major financial purchase could be. Hank is great. He knows EVERYTHING about Hondas and explained all the features, trim lines, etc. Can't recommend him and this dealership highly enough. More

Steve was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the process. He was attentive through emails and phone calls. It was so much fun discovering the Civic Coupe! Steve seemed delighted with my excitement about a new car after many years. I also want to give a shout out to Rick Friedman in the Financial Office. Signing all those forms and dealing with the biggest financial commitment after my home was comfortable because he was patient and laid back. He even laughed at my nervous jokes! You won't go wrong walking into Superior Honda to check out the new or certified used models! More

I have never been through the experience and was worried I would feel pressured or intimidated into getting something that wasn't right for me. Working with Steve was a VERY easy and no-pressure experience which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Superior and Steve Kaplan to anyone looking for a vehicle especially if you don't know the ropes. More
