I could not be more happy with my purchase! The car looks and runs great and it was a great deal! I did not feel pressured during any process. It was my first experience buying a car, since I had just graduated college. I have heard horror stories about dealers, but Superior made me feel comfortable and get a great car in the process! More

I wanted to check if any cars could/ would distract me from the ones I had already intended to look at. I was given the time to walk around and really get a feel for the exteriors of the vehicles. I was met by Jelisa shortly after my browse through. She has customer service down to a science. Coming from years of customer service myself I knew I was in good hands. We actually talked about everything outside of car buying before talking car buying. I realized afterwards that Jelisa was gathering information on my life to fit me with my right vehicle and I felt like I was having lunch with a friend. We had spent so much time talking that we actually didn't learn each other's name until probably twenty minutes after meeting. I always get nervous walking into dealerships and I didn't experience this feeling at all. She shortly had me in a vehicle I eluded to loving but was reserved about purchasing. She was so knowledgeable about everything. I was looking for safety in my next vehicle and she made sure to tell me about the drop away motor and other safety features. She sold me a brand and not just a vehicle. The last time I bought a vehicle it was a full day event. This trip lasted only a few hours. I am happy to have met Jelisa and I am happy to be a new Honda owner. More

I would highly recommend Steve Kaplan to anyone who was looking into purchasing or leasing a Honda or any other vehicle from Superior Honda and I will see him again when it's time to lease again. 2nd New Honda Just purchased my second new Honda -- this one a 2017 Accord Hybrid, and the first was a 2014 Civic. After totaling my previous Camry Hybrid, I was di Just purchased my second new Honda -- this one a 2017 Accord Hybrid, and the first was a 2014 Civic. After totaling my previous Camry Hybrid, I was dismayed to find that I couldn't get a decent deal on another from a Toyota dealer. After test driving the Accord Hybrid at a couple places, I decided it was a great vehicle. More important, Superior Honda offered me a deal that I simply couldn't refuse. Other Honda dealerships wouldn't even hold a conversation (I won't mention which ones), or wouldn't negotiate a reasonable price. Superior was the opposite of that. I arrived late and actually walked in 5 minutes before closing on Mother's Day. The sales rep (Jelisa H.) didn't hesitate to show me the vehicle, describe its features, talk about possible financing, and even offered to let me take a test drive, even though it was late Mother's Day and she planned to take her mom to dinner that evening! I didn't abuse her willingness to help, but was ready to give her my business based on her professionalism and dedication to helping a customer who just walked through the door 5 minutes before closing. She wasn't the least bit pushy or act like she was in a hurry, but was happy to help in any way possible. Three years ago, we had a similar experience at Superior Honda. My wife needed a new car and planned to buy a used Civic. We visited Superior Honda, and sales rep was delightfully helpful. No pressure at all, but he actually pointed out that for a very small difference in price, we could actually by a brand new Civic. When I looked at the numbers, it made complete sense. Even though the used Civic was very competitively priced, the dealership offered such a great deal on the few remaining Civics (they were preparing to receive their first shipment of the next year's model) that it worked to our advantage. As an aside, I would have asked for him, but learned he retired. It appears that the dealership makes a point of hiring good sales reps, because Jelisa was just as wonderful. I have nothing but high praise. The competition wouldn't price either the Civic or Accord at anything close to what I paid, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience purchasing both vehicles during the past three years. Even though it's considerably farther from my home than two other Honda dealerships, it was worth the drive. More

Great Job I was looking into buying or leasing a vehicle. My last three were all Hondas and I have been very happy with them. I had gone through Jeff Wyler in the past, but when I went to them this time I was completely turned off by their lack of customer service and honesty. I have to tell you when I got up and walked out of Jeff Wyler it made me look at other vehicles besides Hondas. I visited a couple other dealers that gave me price quotes and did a decent job of at least making my experience for car shopping better. When I came into Superior and was introduced to Steve I will say he immediately made the difference. He went right into the manager after explaining what had transpired over the previous week. Steve came out within 5 minutes with a deal that was so much better than anything I had heard, we shook hands on the spot and started the paperwork. I had other things going on and we both worked together to get everything taken care of over two days due to a busy schedule. I 100% would recommend anyone shopping for a car to visit Superior and ask for Steve Kaplan. Thank you and Honda should be thanking Superior because they saved themselves getting a very bad reputation. More
