Due to that long relationship of trust, this was the first place I looked for a replacement. Steve Kaplan showed me a Certified Pre-owned Civic that I had seen on the website. He accompanied me on a test drive and provided clear answers and explanations with no pressure or hype. Steve, Ray Luttrell (purchase paperwork) and service and management all provided courteous and efficient service. The purchase was completed near closing time on a stormy night. Steve offered to complete demonstrating all features of the car at my convenience later because he wants his customers to have thorough orientation. More

Steve Kaplan listened to us and introduced us the best (not the most expensive) car for our need- the Civic EX, user-friendly, with excellent road per Steve Kaplan listened to us and introduced us the best (not the most expensive) car for our need- the Civic EX, user-friendly, with excellent road performance, high-convenience and -safety features, and an elegant look, In spite of the paperwork (not Honda's fault) the experience was smooth, informative and fun. .I'm delighted with the car and Steve's help. Our questions (about the car, servicing, financing and more) were answered straight forwardly. We decided to buy, and the process was smooth, with easy communication between Steve at Honda and both the lending institution and insurance agent. Steve got back to us asap when we called with questions and thoroughly prepped us on car features and driving. I was informed of practical add-ons such as splash guards but not pressured to buy them. Steve went out of his way to take care of us and share his expertise and professional service. His colleagues (office and tech) were knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. The car we wanted was ready for us on delivery day, as promised, and all has gone well. More

Took Honda Civic in for airbag issue and transmission drain and fill. Appt. was at 10 a.m. Got there at 9:50. After watching 8 or 9 cars go around mine at 10:45 I told Megan I had an appt. at 1 p.m. That day and was told by her originally my car would take 1.5 hours to 2 hours to complete. Since it wAs now 10:45 and my car was still not taken back for service I asked her if I would be out of there by 1. She said "oh yeah" you will have plenty of time. Well, at 1:25 the car was finally done. 3.5 hours later after Megan said it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. So, I missed my 1 p.m appt. and even left a message with the general manager about the experience only to get no response. My first and last time at superior Honda. Do not take your vehicle here for service. They are far from Superior. If you do don't go to Megan to have your service done! Steve B More

We went to Superior Honda, and specifically with Liz, on referral from some friends, and our expectations were met and exceeded. Liz met with us on three separate occasions to guide us through the buying process, and was very patient and understanding of our time needs, and always gave us the straight scoop. There was no pressure when I stopped in before I was ready to purchase. No changes in what we discussed when I went in. He found the model and color I wanted. There were a couple hiccups not Hank's fault, however his business manager and sales manager got everything ironed out. I love the new car, hoping I can get the Apple play /radio to work properly once I update my iPhone software. Again, a minor deal. I highly recommend Hank and Superior! Thanks everyone! More
