Everything went smoothly and was the easiest process I've ever experienced to buy a used car. I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry, and it was in pristine conditions, so there was no need to negotiate. Brandon was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and everything flowed very smoothly from start to finish. He did everything he could to make the details of the transaction understandable, plus we had a very delightful and meaningful conversation. I arrived at 11 and had a new car by 2:30. Amazing!!! The experience was enjoyable and very pleasant. I am thankful to have bought a car so quickly - this has never happened before. My experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was horrible. The sales rep Leon was scattered and didn't know what was going on or who he was meeting with. They took the keys to the vehicle trading in when test drove new vehicle and wouldn't give them back until I talked to the salesperson about the deal. The salesperson lied that they would match a deal from another Honda dealer, and they weren't even close and said couldn't. My friend shave had horrible experiences here and so now have I. never going back and will spread the word they are horrible and don't ever go there. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. They are crooks and use sales tactics to try to get deals. Not the way to earn business or treat people by any means. Stay away and beware!!!!!!!! Worst experience at a dealership ever. Signed with another dealership today, same day, for a new Pilot Trailsport from a dealership that cares, treats people right, and values people and customers and are not crooks. More
