Found a car that hit my search requirements online late Friday night, submitted a request for an e-price quote and indicated I would like to test drive it some time Saturday. I woke up to an email from Jami (the internet sales contact person) the following morning and a call shortly after to discuss my needs and to help me schedule a test drive at my convenience. I just happened to be having maintenance on my other vehicle at another Superior dealership about 2 minutes away (Superior Kia) and Jami and Gerald worked out getting me from one dealership to the other and then provided me time and fuel to test drive the car I ended up purchasing while the other vehicle was still in the shop! Great experience, and excellent facilities. The hot chocolate from their coffee machine was AMAZING! :) Pleasure working with everyone there at both Superior Honda and Superior Kia - this is our second great experience from the Superior family and we hope it isn't our last. More
I began my search for a car at Truecar.com. I was overwhelmed by the numerous emails I received from four dealers. After I had the lowest price, I contacted my local Honda dealer where I had purchase overwhelmed by the numerous emails I received from four dealers. After I had the lowest price, I contacted my local Honda dealer where I had purchased a 2005 Odyssey and a 2005 Accord. That dealer steered me towards purchasing a demo in a color that wasn’t my first preference. Nikki at Superior listened to all of my concerns and was able to locate the color I wanted as well as able to meet with me on short notice. Upon taking delivery I noticed a few blemishes on the hood. Nikki was quick to find a service tech to try and resolve the problem. When they were unable to resolve the problem she quickly found her manager and they set me up with a time to take it to the body shop to resolve the blemishes. Three days later I was back at the dealership where they had a loaner car all set up for me and fixed my hood the same day. I am more than impressed with the service I have received from everyone at Superior and would certainly recommend Nikki to any of my friends, family or neighbors. More

Liz is someone who goes above and beyond to make sure that a customer is satisfied and has never failed to give excellent service. I have come to regard Liz as a friend as well. I have always brought my leased auto directly to Superior Honda for routine maintenance and have never had any complaints about the process from check in to check out. All the employees I have dealt with are courteous and helpful. More
I live in north western Illinois and found a car I was very interested in at their dealership via the internet. Chris, knowing I could not see the car in person, was very upfront about any little chips th very interested in at their dealership via the internet. Chris, knowing I could not see the car in person, was very upfront about any little chips the car had (just normal wear and tear for a car with 40k miles). They were only able to hold the car for a 24 hour period so I had to hope it would not sell for a few days until I could place the hold on it and get down to Cincinnati. Thankfully it was still there and upon driving to Cincinnati, I was pleased to see the car looked just as good in person as it did online. I was thoroughly pleased so I signed all the paper work and was able to leave with my new (used) car. I actually drove it straight to school in PA and had no problems the entire way. This was my first vehicle I purchased on my own and Superior Honda made it seem pretty easy. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

When we had made our selection Steve did his best to get us the very best deal he possibly could. Steve's friendly attitude and knowledgeable made us very confident about our purchase with Superior Honda. Last month I was in the market for a car for myself. Steve at Superior Honda was the first person to come to my mind. I stopped by and Steve hit it out of the park once again. I was on my way with my new car in no time. I can not say enough good things about Steve Kaplan and will be back for more business. P.S. I got 44.2 MPG on my last trip with the FIT. More

This is the first time I have worked with Steve Kaplan and it has been a pleasure. He is very professional, sincere, and low pressure. Steve was patient with me and made sure I understood all of the options comprising the deal. He will certainly be my go-to guy in the future.
