I had emailed her requesting a quote and requested that she only contact me through email, as I was working midnight shift and didn't want the phone ringing while I was sleeping during the day. Out of the half dozen dealers we contacted, she was the only one that respected my wishes by not calling. That was a big plus right from the get-go. All of our questions were answered within a day by email from her. When we arrived at the dealer, the pleasant experience didn't end. Everyone was very polite, helpful and most of all not pushy. All of the pricing we received through email remained unchanged when we arrived as well. We traded in a 2003 Toyota Rav4. The initial offer for it was a little low, but we negotiated politely until we reached a price that the dealer and I were both happy with. When it came time to do the paperwork, everything we verbally agreed on was in writing and correct. I don't have one negative thing to say about the dealership, it was an excellent experience all around. My wife and I are both in our mid thirties and we have bought quite a few cars in our lives.
