We have three kids, so car seats are necessary and being able to help measure the width of the middle row or suggestions and hits on the sound system to help store all kinds of music. The blue tooth was new to us, so showing us how that worked was important. Ended up with a brand new 2012 Odyssey. LOVE IT! More

I did everything online before going to the dearlership. Figured what car I wanted, did the credit application, and figured the pricing out. Had everything in writing before hitting the actual store. Steve did an excellent job in ensuring that I was satisfied with the car and the purchasing process. I had a finance obstacle on my end that held up the process, but Steve was very understanding, p satisfied with the car and the purchasing process. The car sales man told me that I was getting a certified car, but there was some damage to the bumper. He told me that the bumper would be fixed upon purchase. 4 times I went to have the bumper fixed. Final car, but there was some damage to the bumper. He told me that the bumper would be fixed upon purchase. 4 times I went to have the bumper fixed. Finally, after 4 mos of having the car they fixed the bumper correctly. I really believe the car was not certified as listed and that they just really wanted to make a sell. Also, do not get all that extra coverage that they sell at that end. You really do not need that and it increases your payments. That is actually where the salesman really makes their money. A valuable lesson learned. More

This is the eighth car we have bought from Superior Honda since 1984. We have always gotten great service, good prices, and lots of good advice regarding the car which would be most suitable. Because we are so comfortable with this dealer, we spoke to our salesperson, Liz Forte, before arriving and she had the cars we were interested in waiting for us, with the air on so that we did not have to suffer in the terrible heat in Cincinnati that day. Before we began our test drives, Liz calculated with us what would be the best model in the range of cars we were thinking about. We also had the chance to talk to service managers whom we know well because we service our cars at Superior. Based on their advice and our calculations, we decided to buy a Honda Civic HF rather than the hybrid. What most impressed us was the care that salespeople like Liz devote to getting customers just the right car, not just any car. When we picked up our car, we had a really good experience arranging the financing and figuring out what coverage was best for us. When one of the featured products was not really suitable, we were told it was not worth buying. That's the kind of service and honesty I have come to expect from our dealer. Ten years ago when I brought our 1988 Civic in for service because of some problems with the oil, the assistant service manager, someone I had known for two decades told me it was time to buy a new car. We believed him. Again, the service is great and the people at Superior do their best to help their customers. We have been buying good cars from them for close to thirty years and they have earned our loyalty and trust. More
