Hank was attentive, but not overbearing. He knew his product, and was very helpful in helping me find what I wanted (and I had a very good idea of what I wanted) without trying to pressure me into more product, and was very helpful in helping me find what I wanted (and I had a very good idea of what I wanted) without trying to pressure me into more that I needed. Every time we bring our cars in for service (most recently Fall 2011) they are very friendly and helpful and one thing we notice is that they are that way with all of the customers who come in while we are there. They're nice and helpful to everyone; not just us. And they are very skilled at servicing and maintaining our cars. More

I've bought multiple cars from Superior and the service and attention I have received with each purchase has been excellent. I dealt with Hank when purchasing my Honda CRV. He made the transition smooth. He was also trustworthy and I had no qualms about getting a fair deal. When I went to Superior Honda I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a used Odyssey (or CRV) or lease a new one. Robert spent a lot of time with me letting me test drive multiple used cars and new ones. I looked at other dealerships but found the salesmen to be overwhelmingly helpful (way too aggressive). Robert let me take my time and when I decided found me the right CRV at a different dealership and had it for me quickly. When it comes time to purchase my lease I certainly hope I will be able to deal with Robert again. Thanks Robert for your friendly and easy going manner! More
Nice selection of quality Honda vehicles, pre-owned vehicles and service specials. The location is very convenient off I-75 at Exit 6/Mitchell Avenue and open 7 days a week (we like to browse on Sunday vehicles and service specials. Chris Heck (GM) and Robert Starks (sales) provide very personable and professional service. My family has been exceptionally pleased with our Honda Odyssey purchased there and received a great deal with our older van trade-in. And no matter how tough the economy, this dealership also supports the Cincinnati community by "giving back" to programs that help kids in need. More
