I wanted to wait, even if it was 5 hours, to have the process started... get the diagnostics done at least, then I could happily schedule the next appt for the repair, but they said nope. They said I'd need to leave it for days- had NO IDEA how many- and had no rental cars available. I asked for any option to get my car fixed and still have transportation (I would wait 6 hours if I have to, and come back even) and they had NONE. I regret giving this dealership any of my money or time. The least they could do is CALL to tell me they aren't adequate enough to honor an appt and service my car before I cleared my entire day a week in advance and drove all the way there. Complete trash 🗑 👎👎👎 🙏 More
We bought our 2017 Honda Accord in 2019 from Superior. Since then we have continued to return to Superior for all maintenance needs. On our most recent visit Amanda was extremely helpful communicating with us regarding the progress of the work being done. She also made sure that the technician sent us a video overview of the work being done on the Honda as well as what maintenance we should prepare for in the future.
