Bought windshield wipers and touch-up paint sometime this winter. Price was better than Autozone and Pennzoil AND the parts sales coordinator had my car washed! Last time we needed an oil change, I asked the wife to schedule it at the same dealer (Jeffrey Accura) and ask the service folks to check out any recalls. Before we could get it in we got a recall notice in the mail. All was taken care of in a very short time with my wife in the waiting area. AND they washed the car! Nice to be treated like a customer rather than an annoyance. More

I have given the rating I did because it is the reason why have been a customer for over twenty five (25) years. As a single female I deeply trust the advise and or suggestions I get from the guys in the why have been a customer for over twenty five (25) years. I love the fact that when ever I've enter the environment, I have never, never experienced foul, dirty language from anyone in service or in sales. I just bought a car last Friday June 24,2011 from Karen Bethune. She was outstanding! She also was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She did everything she could to meet my need. These are some of the reasons I have been a customer for over twenty five year. However, I do have an unusual concern and I need to contact someone at the top like the Vice Presicent. But I have not been able to find the VP's email address on line. I was able to get his name (Jeffery L. Conrad I do believe) but no email address. Can someone direct me to his email address? More

Everything was fine but I have a small complaint. I debated whether I should mention this but even more than a week later, I still can't forget this. When I paid for the service, I noticed that the cashier was listening to talk radio....Rush Limbaugh to be exact. I find Limbaugh to be a highly offensive personality and I don't believe he should be listened to at all but if the cashier wants to listen to him, she should be able to but it should be on her time, not on the job. A musical radio station would not be offensive to anyone as far as I am concerned. More

It does not matter if I am at work or home or even shopping. That reason alone is why I pick this dealership over other Acura dealerships. More
