Great response to a safety recall gone bad I took my Honda element in for a safety recall on the passenger side airbag. what was supposed to be done at no cost mushroomed into a very large repa I took my Honda element in for a safety recall on the passenger side airbag. what was supposed to be done at no cost mushroomed into a very large repair bill which I thought was unfair. what happened next is why I have bought two cars from Jeffrey Honda and drive Hondas for the rest of my life. Ryan Seidler, the service rep, spent many hours on the phone with Honda trying to make this right and Honda ended up picking up 75% of the total cost. But Ryan thought this wasn't enough so he went to his own bosses there at Jeffrey with this and they picked up another 15% of the cost. Ryan still felt that he would not want to be treated this way if it were his car. We ended up paying $ 89 out of pocket. But Ryan came back with two complimentary oil changes and a tire rotation reducing our net cost to zero. More

This last visit, I had an issue with a flashing interior light when I was driving to the other side of town. I called, and they told me to bring it right in when I was on my way back. The mechanic diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, and the car was repaired right away. More

Ryan and Gil are the best and terrific to work with. If they tell me I need additional service, repairs, or replacements, I have it done because I know they are looking out for the customer. I believe I will get another 110K miles if I stay on the maintenance schedule with these guys. More

For over 30 years he has made sure I am safe on the road by making sure my car is well maintained / repaired when needed. He always has time to be friendly and to answer all my questions . That peace of mind is invaluable. I always tell him that I could never consider buying another brand of car because it would not come with “Tony”. I trust Hondas because they are a quality made car but the trust I have in Tony makes all the difference. More
