Bad Service I took my truck to the dealer to get it inspected. It was making a winding noise, they repaired the timing chain and something else, but its still mak I took my truck to the dealer to get it inspected. So i took it back to them, and Servixe Rep said it might be the Trans Going out, well why not have told me that before I spent $1300 on a timing Chain. Then i paid for a inspection and they gave it the all clear! Clearly NoT! More

Replacing a stolen catalytic Converter. We were stunned to discover our the catalytic converter on our 2006 Element was stolen. We wanted Jeffrey Honda to do the repair because it is where we bought the car new and they have done all the maintenance on it, Our insurance provider was fine with. that as Jeffrey Honda as a preapproved repair shop for them...another good sign that this dealership had a good rep. Jeffrey Honda arranged for a tow truck to pick up our car immediately and had it repaired and back to us in 2 days. The staff were empathetic and clearly new how to make the repairs. The rate they charged was much less than we had feared. We will continue to work with this dealership for service, repairs and future vehicle purchases. More
