Eric Schmidt & Jeffrey do a good job. I was in for regular service, (oil & filter change, etc. at a little over 50,000 miles). They also looked into a slow tire leak which was diagnosed at the tire s regular service, (oil & filter change, etc. at a little over 50,000 miles). They also looked into a slow tire leak which was diagnosed at the tire stem last time. They tightened all stems and said there is no evidence of leaks, we'll have to see if that's the fix, (it will prove itself within 2 weeks, if that's the case). I also had an issue with strange noises underneath, (clunks and vibration), when I first start driving. Unfortunately, it is intermittent, and when I drove there that day, it wasn't acting up, (temperature and weather seems to be a factor). Their mechanic took it for a test drive and claims he couldn't hear anything, and I'll have to believe that for now, although if it follows the previous pattern, it will come back and it was getting worse. We'll see. I was at the dealer for a few hours, but got work done using their Wifi, and it seems they paid attention to my issues, and the bill was reasonable. If the problems return, my opinion may change, but Eric was courteous and explained things well. More
