We purchased a totally restored 1969 classic mustang from north shore. No issues. Until recently we have asked for backup proof that per his advertisement it was numbers matching , important in car colle north shore. No issues. We tried contacting jeff for over six months this past year. Many emails and phone calls which were always intercepted by his Assistant. All we wanted were pictures of the restoration and some backup history on the car. Jeff has never responded. Finally. His assistant told me jeff felt he had no duty to further discuss anything with me Period Huh ? What kind of a dealer does not communicate with his past customers ? Now. We wonder what he is maybe hiding ? What in his add is maybe not as it is stated. We have also filed a complaint with the bbb as I do not think anyone should ever buy a car when the dealer goes dark on you after you drive off . We suspect his claim and or warranty as stated now may not be as claimed as I now have to pay to have an expert verify what jeff has claimed. This just does not seem right I would not recommend this dealer More

Typical small town used car dealership -- dishonest, smarmy, deceptive. They tried to sell me a car that they promised was completely "road ready." I told them that I had two young children who needed a smarmy, deceptive. They tried to sell me a car that they promised was completely "road ready." I told them that I had two young children who needed a safe and reliable vehicle. They proceeded to take me through their inspection, promising everything was up to safety codes and ready to hit the road. So, I did, straight to a trusted mechanic who proceeded to find almost $2000 in necessary repairs. Each of the problems (there were 6 different problems) were entirely necessary to make the car safe. I went back and told them what I had discovered and, realizing they had lost a sale, they simply laughed and shook their head and didn't say another word. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE and highly recommend that you avoid them as well. If you do business with them, PLEASE for your own safety and that of your family, take the car to another place to have it checked out. These people are professional scammers. More
