Beware of Jenkins Acura this is the worst dealership. The customer service in the service department is the worst I e seen more caring staff at Walmart. Bobby and Cindy DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR LOYAL The customer service in the service department is the worst I e seen more caring staff at Walmart. Bobby and Cindy DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. After a taillight “recall” on my Acura MDX I noticed the right side taillight had condensation in it called Acura and Bobby walls out says we didn’t touch that one. After waiting for an answer from Cindy who never called me back and also dealing with Acura customer service waiting for a call back I took my MDX to a different dealership and they took the taillight off and placed it back as it should be. Acura does not care or even TRY to resolve complaints. I will never buy another Acura. More
