We experienced the typical used car sales experience and wasted a lot of time driving hours to see cars that were not as depicted. We even had one car break down during a test drive, I found a car online at Jenkins Acura that was really out of my price range but decided to make the three hour drive round trip anyway after conversing with sales person Karl. He was patient, answered a million questions, sent me video clips and was just a very pleasant human being, not pushy at all. We negotiated, and decided to buy the car, which was in exceptional condition. Everyone there spoke to us and was very professional and friendly. Sonny was the finance guy who took our money and did our paperwork. He was very efficient and did not push anything on us such as an extended warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership and Karl, if you don't want a typical car buying experience. More
