I have been a customer for service of my 2005 Touring Acura MDX for close to 7 years and as I have generally done, rate commmercial business services on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best and 5 being jus Acura MDX for close to 7 years and as I have generally done, rate commmercial business services on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best and 5 being just acceptable. Lesss than 5 is to never return and 10 to have received an EXTRA,... not expected, positive add-on to the service at NO COST, or just doing what was expected ! For my satisfaction at this time, a rate this service 9 !!! More

Service was good but we had an issue with getting a callback to let us know that we could bring in the vehicle for service. We called twice and did not get a call back. I was recommended to this dealership by my next door neighbor who has purchased or leased their last two cars there. We decided to go there as we were comparing prices of comparable makes. The RDX was attractively presented by Gage and later by Sean. We checked out the competition and then returned to Jenkins for further pricing. They made us an offer that we liked and we took possession of the car that day. They were very fair and honest with us the whole time. We had a very enjoyable experience. The sales person was great and made us feel welcome and was patient throughout negotiations. The only real issue I have is how the dealership pre-bundles extras to the vehicle to sell it at an even bigger was patient throughout negotiations.
