I have purchased 8 Acuras, 6 from Jenkins Acura, I have been extremely pleased with the performance of the cars, the comfort, the features, and the safety afforded by their technology. Note: when it comes to raving about the buying experience, I do, but that is because of Sonny Khan, the sales representative. He has been instrumental in my purchasing the 2020 RLX Sport Hybrid. He goes way beyond any auto sales rep that I have ever dealt with. He meticulously combed through my trade in vehicle after my wife and I had thoroughly checked for and removed what we thought were all our belongings. He found items we that we had neglected to remove. He arranged for our subscriptions to Acura Connect and to Satellite XM radio to be transferred with credits being applied. He contacted our auto insurer and arranged the insurance coverage transfer to include our being provided new "Proof of insurance certification." Certainly I could have done these things by myself, but he did it all and saved me hours of calls and gathering necessary info to accomplish same. H spent time with my wife and I to make sure we knew every nuance regarding features and technology. Sonny paired our iPhones and transferred our contact lists for us. Again, I can do these things, but it takes time -- Sonny did it all. The next day, I received a phone call asking if i had any questions on this technology laden vehicle. He made sure that I knew he not only could be reached, he wanted to be reached if I ever had a question or needed assistance. We like Jenkins Acura, but we love Sonny Khan. More
