Granted I bought a loaded 2020 RDX, but there was things he got included. But the best of it all was that he drove it 3.5 hours south to me and was followed by another...now that was service!!!! Just drove it to Illinois from Florida and I love it and all of it's safety features. More

Being handicapped, I felt a little left out of negotiation discussion directed mainly to my wife. With this disadvantage, I felt fooled by financing arrangements, not always getting strait answers. Result was although neither car purchase fairly negotiated, our trade in was rushed and our car trade was pretty low especially considering low mileage, excellent condition, and good clean maintenance record. Then making token loan for just short period, dealer was favored with discount them, while nothing was passed through for our effort and cooperation. We spent considerable time with loan application, actually unnecessary for us. All in all, whole process took about four hours- far too long, physically Exhausting for me which put me at disadvantage negotiating details of our deal and trade in. That said, original inquiry about car we wanted was handled well by Timi. Wish we could have Negotiated with her more involved, seemed more straight forward. More
