Hurray to salesman Ron Rivetz, best telephone manners to Bobby Jo, pleasant experience with sales manager Danny and efficiency of Charlie in finance. We were there at 11 and at 1:30 walked out and drove away in the Acura RDX! This has to have been one of the best car purchasing experiences ever...and I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years....I'd send every person I know who wants to be treated respectfully, time was phenomenol...we'll be back in a couple years! Epic Experience! I can't say enough about how things really got turned into my favor with this dealership and the deal I received on a newer vehicle. My husband has purchased 2 Acuras from this dealership and has had excellent service with Bobby Craft. His last deal was settled with Karl DeJean and he was very satisfied with the way the deal was handled. So after having so many high-priced service issues with BMW, I was in the market to trade up for a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED EDITION--which I've seen before. I've been to several lots and even a TOYOTA dealership and no one could help me with my situation. My husband recommended I visit Jenkins Acura and talk with Karl and see what he could do for me. The first visit, I was just checking to see if anything was available that interested me. There really wasn't anything there at the time so I decided to try back again another time. So, on last week, I was in the area and decided to check back with Karl to find out if anything new had arrived. Karl showed me a beautiful 2018 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED EDITION which I had been looking out for. The color was very attractive and it only had 16,500 miles on it. My husband came to the dealership to check out the vehicle and it passed his inspection and onto the dealing we went. Karl worked with us without really any hassles and after we signed all the paperwork, we were outta there after 9p.m. with a trade up! This was a very unique experience for me as I had never been in this situation before and although no one else could help me, Karl made sure to make it happen! Thank you Karl for all your help! More

I only stopped in to show my wife the car that I was shown when I was having my 2016 serviced in December. little did I know that that day I was going to be driving a 2020 MDX home that same day. we are very happy with our new car, Although my first Contact was with Karl, when we arrived at the dealership he was busy with other customers so David Diddy took over. David was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very polite and efficient in getting us to where we ended up. More

When we arrived this morning for an appointment with our salesman I saw the receptionist and told her that we were waiting for our salesman to arrive. After that we sat at a table and had coffee and a dough salesman I saw the receptionist and told her that we were waiting for our salesman to arrive. After that we sat at a table and had coffee and a doughnut. Numerous people walked by a few said Hi no one asked if they could help us no one offered anything. I was extremely disappointed. I did speak to a gentleman and mentioned my disappointment. He said that he and the receptionist knew that I was waiting for our salesperson. That is all well and good however taking that extra step would mean an awful lot to everyone who comes in to your dealership More
