I purchased a 2011 GMC truck about the end of Feb. 2023. I drove the truck home from Homosassa to Panama City, Florida. It was about a 4.5 hour drive. The truck ran perfect. We did notice a squeak when we left Homosassa and figured it was the serpentine belt. My Daughter works for a GM dealership in Panama City and got me a checkout appointment for the truck. They found out the camshaft was worn and causing the squeak. I got the family discount but the repair was about $3600.00. I contacted Jenkins and talked to Damon Gray. A few days later he called me back and said he was putting a check in the mail for the total repair. I want to thank Damon, Jimmy Weber and everyone at Jenkins Auto for helping me and stepping up to do the right thing. Thanks again and I wish everyone all the best!! More
