Took a road trip to the dealership while the Wrangler I found was still in transit to them to work out financials and get other discussions out of the way. James 'Jimmy' was my sales person (not listed below in the survey, 5 stars btw!) and was great. I know my situation was a bit unique but my only critique would be to check the trade-in vehicle diagnostics before giving a financial number. Otherwise top-notch, better than my local dealerships. After a rocky start with a different sales person Damon made the sale for us with his willingness to listen and work towards our pricing range.
