The service department seems to be good. I have deleted an earlier negative review. I did this because I was wrong. I misunderstood something based on some incorrect information provided to I have deleted an earlier negative review. I did this because I was wrong. I misunderstood something based on some incorrect information provided to me by one sales person. This bad information was not an attempt to trick or cheat me of anything. Just an honest mistake. I had a meeting with the general manager in regard to my earlier negative review. Jenkins Ford has gone way beyond what would have been fair to make it all good. I can highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and sincere concern for their customers. More

A part was ordered, and I was notified immediately and scheduled for the warranty service. All the service reps were personable and helpful and kept me apprised of the status of the service. Dillon was scheduled for the warranty service. All the service reps were personable and helpful and kept me apprised of the status of the service. Dillon was my rep and when the service was going to take longer than anticipated, he arranged for a loaner, which I greatly appreciated because I live an hour away from the dealership! I was very pleased with the last 2 service appointments I’ve had - and, the donuts are delish! More

I was initially concerned because it was now under a different owner and name. The service and repair that Jenkins provided was top quality and the customer service was outstanding. Thet stand behind their work as was proven by a warranty required repair. A special thanks goes out to Anthony, as he was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. I would highly recommend having your service or repair completed at Jenkins Ford without any reservation. I personally will continue to rely on Jenkins for all my auto and truck needs. More
