Very disappointed with my service visit, I purchased my vehicle less than 3 months ago, brought it in for oil change and was told it needed a new battery. This should have been checked prior to selling me vehicle less than 3 months ago, brought it in for oil change and was told it needed a new battery. This should have been checked prior to selling me the vehicle. I was also told upon purchase that I had oil changes included for 3 years and service dept told me I only get 3 total. Very disappointed at this point! And because I wouldn't buy battery there, the interior to get to battery was not even secured, sloppy work. More
